He is survived by: his wife Sandy Moore (Easter); his children, Eric Moore (Tricia), Kevin Moore (Melanie) and Angela Creek (Michael); his sister Reva Adams (Bernard) of Clarksville, TN; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Moore, Bradley Moore, Lizzie Moore, Karissa Geurkink (Michael), Corey Moore, Megan Moore, Christopher Creek (Adriel) and Josh Moore. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
