He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Henry Stocker and Valta Marie Stocker (Cunningham); and his brother James Howard Stocker. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Laura Sipos; his son Marshall L. Stocker; his siblings, Paula Jane Angel (Edward), Karen Sue Hostutler (James) and William Carl Stocker (Charlene); and his sister-in-law Sandra Stocker. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
