She was predeceased by: her parents, Clelen Carver and Bonnie Carver; her son Charles A. "Andy" Carpenter; and her sister Neva Genell Taglauer. She is survived by: her husband Charles A. Carpenter; her son Bruce Carpenter (Shawn); her daughter-in-law Patty Carpenter Goodman; and her grandchildren, Tara Neal (Kirkland), Amanda Davis (Kendrick), Caleb Carpenter (Erin), Cayla Stroud (Ryan) and Lauren Wiatt (Darrick). She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren; 8 great great grandchildren.
