She is survived by: her husband Charles Smith; her sons, Tim Smith (Karen) of Coatesville and Jeff Smith (Donna) of Plainfield; her grandchildren, Amanda Woods of Avon, Alicia Smith (Josh) of Lizton, Amber Russell of Vincennes, Adam Smith (Tiffany) of Bargersville, Ashley Smith of Coatesville and Aaron Smith of Greencastle; and her sister Betty Underwood of Brazil. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
