He was predeceased by: his father Hans Riedl; and his pet Azor. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Riedl (Doehr); his daughter Clara Riedl (Christian Perry); his siblings-in-law, Dane Doehr, Brett Doehr and Linda Cannon (Mark); and his nephews, Ryan and Tommy.
