He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Burgan and Violet Burgan; and his brother Roy Miller. He is survived by: his wife Lori Burgan; his children, Sarah Graham and Chris Burgan; his stepdaughter Haley Bair; his sister Mona Boltinghouse; his grandchildren, Jazzmine, Blaze, Lucas and James; and his great grandchild Briar.
