He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne "Otto" Moore and Emmabelle Moore (Botner); his sister Pamela Jill Moore; and his former wife Patricia Moore (Anderson). He is survived by: his wife Janie Moore of Plainfield; his children, Brooke Biasillo (Cosmo), Jacob Moore (Rosie), Jeremy Shock, Travis Sparks (Christy) and Shereé Lindsay (Eddy); and his aunt Audra G. Tuer. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
