Though Fred Paul may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Fred Paul touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his wife Linda (O'Hair); his sisters, Mary and Norma Jean; his children, Juanita and David; and his grandson Matthew Richardson.
He is survived by: his children, Fred Elkins II (Mary), Sara Brock (Don) and Dan Richardson (Sally); and his brothers, Vernon (Patty) and Jim. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
