We are sad to announce that on March 9, 2023, at the age of 93, Eugene R. Young of Plainfield, Indiana, born in Swayzee, Indiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Eugene R. Young to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his father Harden Young; his brothers, Newell, Herbert, Floyd and Warren Young; and his granddaughter Leah (Michelle Harman).

He is survived by: his wife Janet Young; his children, Kyle (Kimberly), Julie Harman (Larry) and Angela Thomas (Mike); his brother Keith Young; and his grandchildren, Nathan, Lindsay, Sarah, Seth, Kelly and Laura.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Plainfield United Methodist Church Missions or the Plainfield Lions Club.
