She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillie Melinda (Covington) and Harry Keen Leach; her husband Charles Summey Jr.; and her brothers, Buford Leach, Boyd Leach, Wilford Leach, Robert Leach and Roy Leach.

She is survived by: her children, Debbie, Tim Cunningham of Anderson, Ed, Peggy Padgett of Bacoton, Georgia and Penny Havens of Plainfield; and her close friends, Dee Lynch, Leslie Wilkins and Carol Newkirk. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the donor's choice of charity.
