It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Durland Patterson of Plainfield, Indiana, born in Lafayette, Indiana, who passed away on August 1, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Durland Sr. Patterson and Mary Patterson; his son Scott Patterson; and his grandson Christopher Patterson. He is survived by: his wife Sallylou Patterson; his sons, Jerry Patterson (Joan), Bob Patterson (Mary), Brian Patterson (Karen) and Tim Patterson (Angie); and his sister Pamela Morford. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in Mike's name to First United Methodist Church in Mooresville.
