It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Meyer of Plainfield, Indiana, who passed away on April 2, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Siemers and Anna Siemers (Wiebusch); her spouse Lorenz F. Meyer; her son David; and her sisters, Margaret Ingram and Lorene Hillman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Meyer and Mary Ann Hamilton; her son-in-law Michael; her grandchildren, Joanna Hamilton, Kimberly Hamilton (Ashley Running) and Ian Hamilton; and her sister-in-law Martha Siemers. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Plainfield United Methodist Church.
