She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond McIntyre and Mildred McIntyre (Smith); and her brother Jack McIntyre of Shelbyville. She is survived by: her children, Michael Wertz of Indianapolis, Patrick Wertz (Vicki Meloy) of Plainfield, Christopher Wertz (Vicki Horn) of Indianapolis and Mary Durell of Indianapolis. She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
