She was predeceased by: her parents, Oral H. Adams and Sally J. Warren (Wheeler); and her former husband Donald Sullivan. She is survived by: her husband Mark Forsythe; her children, Don Terry, Darren Terry (Niki), Brandon Terry (Rachel), Valerie Fritchie (Michael) and Amber Payne (Eric); and her siblings, Lillian Murray, Ava Blanchard, Nadene Clayton, Patricia McElhany, Robert Adams and Leroy Adams. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
