He was predeceased by: his father Charles E. Hoover Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Hoover (Jeanette); his wife Deborah Hoover; his children, Chance, Xingzhu Wang (Nora), Bailey, Antonio Stokes and Morgan; and his siblings, Marilyn, Mike, Terry and Larry.
