He is survived by: his wife Diane Bell; his children, Janet Zolcak (Rob), Steve and David Bell; his siblings, Dale Bell (Bonnie) and Joyce Domke (Harold); his grandchildren, Dr. Amanda Martinez (Jake), Sarah Bailey (Wil), Evan Zolcak (Laura), Joshua Bell (Jordan) and Colin Bell; and his great grandchild Eleanor Martinez.
