She was predeceased by: her father George Baker. She is survived by: her mother Monica Baker; her children, Cori Cooper (Dwayne) and Dustin Jenkins; her siblings, Julie Baker, Jennifer Perrino (Nick) of Avon and John Baker (Lisa) of Danville; and her granddaughters, Madison, Alyssa and Kennedy Reed. She is also survived by 3 nephews, 2 nieces and 3 great nieces.
