It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Romer of Plainfield, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on January 9, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Robertson and Flora Robertson (Patterson); her husband Michael Romer; her son Michael Romer, Jr.; and her siblings, James Robertson, Jr., Sandy Robertson and Diane Robertson.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Troy of Plainfield and David Romer (Rene); her stepson Bill Romer (Jimmie) of Monrovia; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Romer, David Romer, Jr., Zachary McKamey, Andrew Romer, Richard Romer, Megan Romer, Danielle Romer, Bill Romer, II, Tyler Romer, Katie Macintosh and Chase Macintosh. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
