She was predeceased by: her parents, John Stinnett and Juanita Stinnett (Harvey); and her brother Ronald Stinnett. She is survived by: her husband Jerry R. Wilkins; her daughters, Wendy K. Wilkins and Crystal Wilkins-Ciesielski (Walter); her sisters, Wanda MacPherson, Deborah Berge and Anna Dennis (Sam); and her grandchildren, Daniel Bingham, Jessica Rickett and Jasmine Bingham-Sicting.
