She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Thorpe and Irene Eldridge. She is survived by: her sons, Horace "Bill" Blackwelder Jr. and Mark Blackwelder (Rebecca); and her grandchildren, Gracen Ann Blackwelder and Mark Jon Blackwelder Jr. A.
