She was predeceased by: her father William Higgins; her husband Rodger N. Felty; her daughter-in-law Vicki Felty (Schuldt); and her siblings, David "Bud", Emory, William "Harry" Higgins, Mary Elizabeth White and Jessie Carlene Mitchum.
She is survived by: her children, Terry W. (Myrna), Mark A. Felty, Vickie L. Batton (William) and Pamela A. Blackie (Robert); and her siblings, James "Moon" Higgins and Nelda Hargrove (William). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
