He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Smith and Mae Smith (Bray); and his wife R. Eileen McNelly Smith. He is survived by: his daughter Lynaire White (Warner "Turk"); his sister Barbara Eldrige (Jim); and his grandson Warner "Riley" White III.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the IU Simon Comprehensive Cancer Center for glioblastoma research.
