She is survived by: her children, Andy Fortner (Carrie), Leslie Hawkins (Brian) and Rebecca Hasani; and her siblings, Ernie Martin, Trudy Smith and Jeannette Martin. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
