He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Duis; his daughter Sarah; his grandsons, Eli and Alex Mauck of Brownsburg, Indiana; his daughter Christine; his grandchildren, Taylor and Logan Hedditch of Aroma Park, Illinois; his siblings, Jeanne Benjamin (Roger) of Bourbonnais, Illinois and Ronald (Joyce) of Pittsboro, Indiana; his nieces, Jodi Norton (Mike), Terri Jones (Matt), Sally Reed (Jeff), Nancy Hann (Al) and Cynthia Ash; and his nephew Ryan Ash (Melissa).
