He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis J. Sulkoske and Valeria M. Sulkoske (Regard). He is survived by: his wife Donna M. Barnes; his sons, Daniel Sulkoske, John Sulkoske (Cheri) and David Sulkoske (Shelly); his daughter-in-law Wendi Sulkoske; his grandchildren, Sarah Ades (Ryan), Emma Sulkoske (Molly), Thomas Sulkoske, Alexandra Sulkoske, Nicholas Sulkoske, Samantha Sulkoske, Jacob Sulkoske and Rachel Sulkoske; and his great grandchildren, Rylee and Liam Ades.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Malachy Catholic Church (9833 E County Rd 750 N, Brownsburg, IN 46112). A burial will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at the St. Malachy West Cemetery (4492 US Hwy 136, Pittsboro, IN 46167).
