It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kathleen S. Breedlove (Pittsboro, Indiana), born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on December 11, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Thomas and Ruth Shepherd; her former husband Steve Smith; and her son Brian Smith. She is survived by: her husband Dale Breedlove; her siblings, Jim Shepherd and Janice Lane; and her children, David Trick (Lisa) of Inverness, Thad Smith of Avon and Elizabeth Breedlove Hunt (Keith) of North Salem. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation in honor of Kathy to Missions of Love, P.O. Box 292 Hartford, KY 42347.
