He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Bougher and Pauline Bougher (Foist). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Bougher (Venis); his son Jeremy (Amanda) of Forest, Indiana; his grandson Colin of Lebanon; his great grandchildren, Caeden and Lincoln of Lebanon; his stepgrandchildren, Xavier and Miranda of Forest; and his siblings, Richard (Lisa) of Tennessee, Michael (Caren) of Sheridan, Glen (Margaret) of Sheridan, Meredith (Lela) of Lafayette and Paulette (John) of Indianapolis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Jerry ask that donations be made to one of the following in his honor: Riley's Children's Hospital, Shriners Children's Hospital, or St Jude's Children's Hospital.
