He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mendenhall and Josephine Mendenhall (Walton); and his brother Wayne. He is survived by: his siblings, Jay Dee Mendenhall (Karen), Bonolyn Thomas (Rick), Jerald Mendenhall (Rhonda), John Mendenhall, Brenda Fleece (Jeff) and Barbara Leath. He is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews, 47 great-nieces and nephews, and one great-great niece.
