He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cissell and Donna Cissell; and his brother Mark Cissell. He is survived by: his son Bernard Cissell (Brian Loy); his uncle Bernard; his son-in-law David; his wife Martha Cissell (Links); his brother Keith Cissell; his children, Sara Cosgray (David) and Jordan Davison; and his grandchildren, Clark and Mallory Cosgray.
Patrick was a huge advocate of giving to others, in lieu of flowers please make memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
