He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Booth and Ruth Booth; and his father-in-law Verlin Murphy. He is survived by: his wife Ann; his sons, Collan Booth (Caroline), Lee Booth (Rebecca) and Connor Booth (Katy); his grandchildren, Alice, Lanie, Sally, Hadley and Carter; his siblings, Mike Booth (Rhonda), Becci Hamilton (Bob) and Angela Smith (Eric); his mother-in-law Alice Murphy; and his friend Katie Foust.
