He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray A. Kelp and Rachel Kelp; his former wife Betty Lou Henderson; his wife Ruth Hudson; his daughter Linda L. Kelp; and his brothers, Shorty, Durrell and Keith.
He is survived by: his children, Peggy J. Brummett of Pine Village, IN, Brenda A. Dayhuff and Steven M. Kelp; his sister Beverly Kelp of Lafayette, IN; his grandchildren, Tracy Moore of Attica, IN, Kayleigh Kelp of Ventura, CA, Madison Kelp of Lafayette, IN, Taylor Kelp of Lafayette, IN, Brent Hudson and Misty Hudson of Pine Village, IN; and his great grandchildren, Cameron, Morgan, Jorja, Carter and Braylen.
