He was predeceased by: his father Rick D. Oilar; his grandparents, Paul "Ike" Farris, Ella Marie Oilar (Rusk), Melvin and Elizabeth Grider; and his aunts and uncles, Paul Oilar (John Hering), Roger Oilar, Pauletta Rennick, Jim Smith and Donna Lewis.
He is survived by: his mother Brenda Oilar (Grider) of Pine Village, IN; his sons, Justin Richard Oilar and Ashton Shane Oilar; and his aunts and uncles, Suella (Ralph Cobbs), Linda Smith and Jane (Archie Ehler).
