She was predeceased by: her parent Thomas Chard; her daughter Sharon Huber; her granddaughter Tammy Cosgray; and her great grandchild Jordan Hicks. She is survived by: her parent Susan Chard (Murphy); her husband Eugene "Gene" Polf; her children, Tom Polf (Shelly) of Attica and Terri Pelsy (Dale) of Francesville; her son-in-law Ed Huber of Boswell; and her grandchildren, Tracie Huber, Jamie Hicks (Mike), Tai Tolle (Josh), Amy Brouillette (Trent) and Erin Drake (Chris). She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren, two great great-grandsons and a great great-granddaughter.
