It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harriett Elizabeth Dalton of Pimento, Indiana, born in Brazil, Indiana, who passed away on August 6, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Culler and Laura Long Culler; her husband Samuel J. Dalton; her son Don Dalton; her grandson Zack Danner; and her sister-in-law Shirley Klebe.
She is survived by: her children, Rex Dalton (Ann), Lee Dalton (Linda), Duane "Dee" Dalton (Kim) and Karen Shotts (Greg); her grandchildren, Jamie, Christine, Tyler, Jenny, Scott, Darcy, Brittany, Mary Beth, Nicole, Mike and Dustin; her great grandchildren, Anthony, Ethan, Katie, Lydia, Abi, Lucy, Tucker, Everett, Dalton, Austin, Ellis, Konnor, Hadley, Maddie, Macayla, Gunnar and Josh; her daughter-in-law Tamme Dalton; and her brothers-in-law, Jack Klebe and Lester Dalton (Karen). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the Pierson Township Fire Department in remembrance of Harriett.
