He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Harlan Sr. and Leona G. Runnels Harlan; and his brothers, Carl Harlan, Jr. and Donald Harlan. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Wilfong; and his children, Jennifer Harlan, Candice Krieger, Becky Parrett (Kenny Applegate), Hollie Learned, Crystal Rice (Bradley) and Cody Harlan (Teia). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
