She was predeceased by: her parents, Hester Foreman (Slaymaker) and Elmer E. Foreman; and her husband Charles. She is survived by: her sons, Charles Murphy (Terrie) and Rick Murphy (Melissa). She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty-four great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
