It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Walters of Pierceton, Indiana, born in Louisa, Kentucky, who passed away on April 17, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Fleming and Essilona Walters (Mosley); his sons-in-law, Burl Conn and Joe Rex; and his siblings, Edgel, Opal, Ashland, Wyman, Jack and Julia Walters.
He is survived by: his wife Malta Sue Walters of Pierceton; his children, Thomas Walters Jr. (Susan), Palestine of Patricia Conn, Deborah Walker (Jack) of Huntertown, IN, Jeff Walters (Annette), Tammy Rex, Mike Walters, Cindy Curry (Stan) of Emma, KY, Betty Henline (Jerry), Sharon Slusher (Doug), Harold Walters (Rose) of Kalamazoo, MI and Charlie Walters (Christy); and his sister Jaunita Goble of Emma, KY. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
