He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Sr. Barker and Pauline Barker (Stults); and his brother Robert Barker. He is survived by: his wife Andrea Moog; and his children, Paula Barker of Fresno, CA, Scott Barker (Dawn) of Graham, WA, Melissa Nabinger (Dustin) of Leesburg, Abby Weiss and Michael Weiss (Jamie) of Fort Collins, CO. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Tom's honor may be given to the American Legion Post 253 Van Fund.
