He is survived by: his mother Alice Prater (Collins) of Warsaw; his son Nathan Prater of Wabash; and his siblings, Christine Blankenship of Akron, Heather Blankenship of Akron, Kathy Mae Sparks of Salyersville, KY, Sammy Prater of Prestonsburg, KY, Charlie Prater Jr. of Allen, KY and Kenneth Prater of Lexington, KY. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
