She was predeceased by: her parents, Maggard Caudill and Virgie Caudill (Collins); and her stepdaughter Ashley Weikart. She is survived by: her husband Kevin W. Weikart; her children, Priscilla Phillips (Christopher) of Columbia City, Courtney Weikart of Warsaw and Kevin Weikart of Fort Wayne; her stepchildren, Whitley Lahmeyer (Daniel) of Fort Wayne and Spencer Weikart (Randie) of Churubusco; her grandchildren, Kaiden and Gracely; and her siblings, Marie Scoles, Kathy Hamilton (Jack), Eunice Triplet (Terry), Nora Lee Hamman (Rod), Mary Helen Lynch (Tracy), Bertha "Birdie" Caudill, Woodie Caudill (Ethel), Darel Caudill (Martha), Ralph Caudill (Robin), Talt Caudill (Sherry), Kenneth Caudill (Rita) and Amos Caudill (Kathy).

I seen your family pictures and every time I seen you in those pictures enjoying your family it warmed my heart and brought back found memories of what you once were to me. I didn't know Ruth Ann but she seemed nice and judging by the photos she sure loved those kids, and you. Sorry things turned out the way they did between us. I enjoyed having you as a brother in lawand I'm sorry for any ways I wronged you. James Palmer”
