He is survived by: his children, Wayne Howard (Ramona), Ralph Howard, Pauline Hoover (James) and Lena West (Roger); and his brother Monroe Howard (Mimia). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and three great great-grandchildren.
