She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Bernice Mull (Hopper) and Homer Grant Mull; her children, Michael Grant O'Connell and Judith Howell; her grandchildren, Michael, Michelle O'Connell and Thomas O'Connell IV; and her brother Ralph Richard Mull.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas O'Connell (Cindy), Patrick (Jonell), Connell of Warsaw, IN, James O'Connell of Warsaw, IN, Carolyn Bumbaugh (Jon) of Boyertown, PA, Mary Kathleen Slattery of Rochester, IN, Laura Grow of Pierceton, IN, Tammy Barber (Randy) of North Manchester, IN and Teresa O'Connell of Dayton, OH. She is also survived by her 10 children, 18 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, her family, friends.
