He was predeceased by: his parents, Brinda F. Rowe (Collins) and Jim Rowe. He is survived by: his brother James Rowe (Holly Ann) of Andrews; and his fiancée Christine Shafer. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given in his memory toward his final expenses, ICO DeMoney-Grimes.
