He is survived by: his wife Diane Cox; his children, Jerry L. Rosbrugh of Warsaw and Penny Sands (Joe) of Silver Lake; his grandchildren, J. C. Rosbrugh of Huntington, KaeLee Riley (Cameron) of New Paris, Bryce Sands (Karis) of Silver Lake and Weston Sands of Silver Lake; his great grandchildren, Corbin of New Paris, Cooper of New Paris and Laityn Riley of New Paris; and his siblings, Cindy Wennestrom of Plymouth, Annette Sheets (Jerry) of Columbia City and Christie Gibson of Pierceton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
