She was predeceased by: her parents, Gail H. Stroupe (Parker) and William H. Stroupe; and her husband Rex Leroy Tinkey. She is survived by: her sons, Rick Tinkey and Thad Tinkey; and her grandchildren, Kayla McCool (Teric), Dan and Phil Tinkey. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations in Jacqueline's name may be directed to Visiting Nurse & Hospice Home, 5910 Homestead Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46814 and would be appreciated by her family.
