He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew J. Ousley and Julia Ousley (Gibson); his great grandchildren, Kyler Gordon Miller and Braelynn Ousley; and his siblings, Willis Ousley and Anna Bojean Ousley.
He is survived by: his former wife Loretta Hunter; his children, Mary Ann Ponce of Muscatine, Gary Ousley of Pierceton, Chad Ousley of Pierceton and Michelle Ousley of Warsaw; and his sister Betty Litsey of Pierceton. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren.
