She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Ott (Nate) of Syracuse, David Hawthorne of Union, MI, Brock Hawthorne of Pierceton and Joshua Hawthorne (Courtney Ruggier) of Warsaw; her siblings, Brenda Winebrenner (Terry), Sarah Stamey (Fred), Cheryl Mullins (Deb McKinnley), Milford "Micky" Mullins II (Michelle) and Paul Mullins (Diane); her half-brother Mike Mullins; and her stepsiblings, Patricia Armstrong of Ligonier, Jackie Gaetz (Chris) of Angola, Katie Berry, Mike Isaacs of LaGrange and Norman Isaacs of Kendallville.
