She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Vaughn Martin and Anna Louise Martin (Jacques); her husband Kenneth Powell; her children, Patty Downey (Tom) of Clinton, IN, Diane Bowman (Roger Cormican) of Pierceton, Nancy Griffin of Lowell, IN. and Terry Powell of Peotone, IL.; and her sister Violet Davis. She was also cherished by 11 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and 18 great-great grandchildren.
