It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Chad Ousley of Pierceton, Indiana, who passed away on April 9, 2025, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Ousley and Loretta Ousley (Hunter); and his granddaughter Braelynn Ousley. He is survived by: his children, Kyle Ousley and Tiffany Ousley; his grandchildren, Emma McDonald, Wyatt Ousley, Haze Harris and Mackenzie Ousley; and his siblings, Mary Ann Ousley, Gary Ousley and Michelle Ousley. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews, and many extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Titus Funeral Home-Warsaw (2000 Sheridan St, Warsaw, IN 46580). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at the Hillcrest Cemetery (7015 E 350 S, Pierceton, IN 46562).
