She was predeceased by: her parents, Elzie Ousley and Tealie Pitts Ousley; her sons, Austin Aaron Johnson Jr. and Oscar Roy Johnson; her siblings, Levi Ousley, Carvel Ousley, Hermal Ousley and Odell Ousley Spears; and her grandsons, Daniel Blake Hatfield and William Berrierntos.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Baldridge (Johnny) of Pierceton, Sheila Hughes (Steve) of Martin, Sharon Williams (Norman) of Fries, Virginia and Janet Shepherd (Tony Jr.) of Shiloh, Ohio. She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren and 18 Great Grandchildren.
